All employees must be treated with respect and dignity without exception. Any kind of physical, psychological, sexual or verbal harassment or intimidation is prohibited. Disciplinary measures must not violate national legislation and internationally recognized human rights. Employees who lodge a complaint due to violations of the provisions of this Code of Conduct or national laws must not be subject to any form of disciplinary action.
Relationships with our business partners should be characterized by mutual reliability, honesty, courtesy and fairness. This includes making and communicating decisions in a transparent and comprehensible manner. In the same way, these principles are exemplified by management towards employees and adhered to by employees towards each other. - Freedom of association
It is the right of employees and workers to form or join a workers’ organization or trade union of their own choosing for the purpose of collective bargaining. - Compliance with laws
The national legal provisions, in particular labor and social laws, as well as environmental protection regulations must be complied with.
Employment contract agreements or comparable measures may not circumvent the Code of Conduct. - Prohibition of discrimination
All employees and workers must be treated equally. Every employee is obliged to respect the personal sphere of other employees. Sexual harassment and bullying are prohibited. - Child labor

Circumvention of applicable labor and social security standards is prohibited, as is circumvention of the Code of Conduct through non-genuine training programs, contract work or similar methods. - Occupational health and safety
Safety in the workplace is a fundamental principle. The safety regulations must be consistently and strictly adhered to. This applies to all hazards that may arise at the employee’s workplace. Identified accidents or potential hazards and stresses as well as near-accidents must be reported to the management immediately.
Employees are regularly informed and trained about these rules in order to promote awareness of the dangers and to encourage them to think along with the company in all safety-related activities.
Employees are guaranteed a hygienic working environment. - Environmental protection
Sanpack GmbH is committed to protecting our environment and declares the resource-conserving manufacture of all products to be a corporate goal. The following guiding principles apply to environmental protection:
We protect our environment, use all natural resources sparingly and avoid or reduce the burden on people and nature.
We take into account the requirements of an intact environment in development and design, in the manufacturing process, in the packaging and shipping of our products as well as in the improvement of processes and the introduction of new systems and products.
We expect our business partners to comply with all laws and regulations for the protection of people and the environment.
When disposing of waste, the most environmentally friendly disposal method that is justifiable from an economic point of view must be chosen. In the event of incidents that could have a negative impact on the environment, the management must be informed immediately and comprehensively and must in turn initiate the legally required reports to the authorities.
