How many sangrip® anti-slip sheets are needed to secure a pallet? Pallet securing can be achieved efficiently with just one sheet per layer. The number of sangrip® non-slip strips required for pallet securing depends on the packaged goods and the transport load. In principle, one film per layer is sufficient if the cardboard boxes are evenly stacked. For more unstable formats or heavier weights, we recommend using two to three films – for example, in a cross pattern or on areas that are particularly prone to slipping.
sangrip® anti-slip strips adhere reliably even to smooth surfaces and prevent slipping during internal transport and shipping. They replace more complex securing measures and can be combined with stretch film or anti-slip paper if required.
For particularly heavy, uneven or automated palletising, we will be happy to advise you individually on the optimum number of films. With sangrip anti-slip films, you can secure your goods efficiently, safely and in a material-saving manner.
