1 Information on the collection of personal data
This policy explains how we collect personal data when you use our website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you, like your name, address, email address, or user behavior.

We store this data until your request has been processed or until the statutory retention and limitation periods have expired. We may use the data to ask you about your satisfaction with our products. You can object to this use of your data at any time or withdraw your consent.
2 Collection of personal data when visiting our website
When using the website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website and to ensure stability and security:

Data processing is carried out at your request and is necessary for the purposes stated for the appropriate processing of your request and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations arising from the contractual relationship.
The personal data collected by us for the purpose of the order will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period or statutory limitation periods and then deleted, unless we are obliged to store it for longer due to tax and commercial law retention and documentation obligations (from the German Commercial Code (HGB), Criminal Code (StGB) or Fiscal Code (AO)) or you have consented to further storage.
If you wish to place an order in our online shop, you must provide the personal data required to process your order in order to conclude the contract. Mandatory fields are marked separately; additional information is voluntary. We process the data you provide to process your order. To do so, we may pass on your payment details to our bank.
You can voluntarily create a customer account, which allows us to store your data for future purchases. When you create an account under “My Account,” the data you provide will be stored revocably. You can delete all other data, including your user account, at any time in the customer area.
We are required by commercial and tax law to store your address, payment, and order details.

7 Note on Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies,” which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
